😏What do you think of something?のようにthink ofを使った疑問文は見慣れていますが、make of を使った疑問文はあまり知られていないと思います。make ofとthink ofはどのような意味の違いがあるのでしょうか。
2つの疑問文は両方とも日本語で「…についてどう思いますか？」と訳せますが、make ofは少々理解が難しい事柄について問う疑問文になります。
make ofで聞かれたら、しっかりした自分の意見を求められたと思って返答をします。

📌余談ですが、恋人同士あるいはこれから恋人になるカップル間で、What do you think of me?というフレーズが聞かれますが、これは恋愛感情の確認で「私のことをどうおもっているの？」です。
