時や条件を表す現在から未来に関する節は現在形（しばしば現在完了）

- as soon as + 現在形文

👨時や条件を表す現在から未来に関する節は現在形が基本。けど、特にafterで始まる従属節は現在完了で表すケースがたくさんある。例えば…, if you have finished your homework.のように。未来形はありません。
📖例文
現在形や現在完了の部分をブルーで示す。
- If he doesn’t come tomorrow, I’ll call him next week.「彼が明日来ないなら来週電話します。」
- You won’t get any advantage here unless you have a customer card. 「お客さんカードを持ってないと、ここではメリットはありませんよ」
- There isn’t enough fuel. By the time we finish driving half the mode, it will be gone. 「ガソリンが十分ないんだ。モードを半分走ったら，なくなってしまうよ」
- I’ll finish the report after I return from the experiment. 「実験から戻ったら、レポートを終わらせます。」
- I’ll finish the report after I have returned from the experiment. 「実験から戻ったら、レポートを終わらせます。」
- I will care for this issue as soon as I return from my vacation. 「休暇から戻ったら、すぐ取り掛かります」
- Please ask him to call me as soon as he gets in.. 「彼が着いたら(戻ったら)、すぐ私に電話するようお伝えください。📌get in「(人が家や会社に)着く」
- Even if the weather is bad, we put on the event as we planed.「たとえ悪天候でも、イベントは予定通り決行」
- You can stay here until the next customer arrives.「次のお客さんがくるまで、居てもいいですよ」
- Who looks after the children while I’m gone?「私がいない間、誰が子供の面倒見るんだよ」
- Every time I go back to my hometown, I meet my old friends.「地元に帰るたび、古い友達に会うよ」
