[期間の表現の単語]for the last … years
👨for the last … yearsで「ここ…年」という意味なんですが、lastという単語が継続を意味することを知っているだけに、
頭の中がごちゃごちゃとしちゃうんです。このlastは「最後の(最近の)」で、last yearは去年ですし、last 20 yearsは去年を含めた20年間。
