おさえておきたい3つの言い方
😏満足度はどのように英語で表現するか。顧客満足度を例に考えてみます。
〇customer satisfaction rate←一般的に度合いをパーセントなどの比率で表す場合は「rate」を付ける。
〇customer satisfaction rating←一般的に度合いをポイントで表す場合は「rating」を付ける。
〇customer satisfaction←「rate」も「rating」も付けない、感覚的な面も含めた包括的な表現。
📖例文
- My restaurant has a satisfaction rating of 4 points.「私のレストランは満足度評価で４ポイントです。」
- We had a customer satisfaction rate of 90% at our restaurant.「私たちのレストランの顧客満足度は90％だった。」
- The customer satisfaction of our company in the previous year is generally deemed good.「前年度の我が社の顧客満足度はおおむね良いという判断です。」💡be deemedは、ほぼbe consideredで「とみなされる」
