ここでは名詞としての使い方
😏イベントや会議の終盤に行うのが、「まとめ」ですね。
{recap、debriefing、wrap up｝これらはどれを使っても「まとめ」のフェーズを表せそうですが、
それぞれの単語の特徴として下のような意味もあって、
①recap「振り返り」
②debriefing「評価や反省と学びや改善」
③wrap up「イベントや会議の終結と次のイベントの予告など」
単体でもそれぞれ使いますが、単語の頭に番号を付けた通り、大体、イベントや会議の終盤は①②③の順に進行していくものだと思います。
📖例文
- Now, let’s start with a recap of this morning’s meeting.「では、午前中の会議内容を振り返りましょう」💡動詞のrecapだと、Now, let’s recap this morning’s meeting.
- Since it’s been a while since our last meeting, let’s start with a recap to refresh everyone’s memory.「前回の会議から日にちが経ってしまったので、皆さんの記憶を呼び戻すために、振り返りからはじめましょう。」
- Our team has a debriefing at the end of each project to discuss what went well and what could be improved.「我々のチームでは、プロジェクトの終わりには毎回、何が良かったか、何が改善できるかデブリーフィングをすることになっている。」
- Now, let’s move on to the debriefing. I would like to get your feedback on what went well and what could be improved.「では、デブリーフィングに移行して、何が良かったか、何が改善できるかなど、皆さんからのフィードバックを頂きたいと思います。」
- We will hold the project wrap-up meeting at the end of this month. We will also introduce the next project during this meeting.「プロジェクトのラップアップミーティングは今月末に開催します。次期プロジェクトについてもその場でご紹介します。」
- The project team is supposed to be disbanded at the wrap-up meeting.「プロジェクトチームはラップアップミーティングで解散する予定です。」
