英語-be in…は状況や状態を示す

例えば、I’m in a meeting.「私は会議中です」のような言い方

🤖I’m in a meeting.「私は会議中です」のように状況や状態を表現するときに、be in…を使います。
「状態の中に身を置いている」というイメージを持つと良いです。

be in …の形でシンプルに…の中にいる・…にいるを表現したり

be in + 感情を表す名詞の形で、その感情の状態にあることを表したり

be in + 身体的な状態を表す名詞の形で、体調や怪我、身体のコンディションなどを表したり

また、熟語となっているものもあります。
